The history of the Albergo Etruria
The Albergo Etruria was built in 1932 by the couple Gerioni Serafino and Frati Elettra, in a building that was built in 1700.
Compared to the current distribution of the rooms, in 1932 only those on the third floor were used, while the remaining part of the Albergo was developed in the buildings adjacent to the current location.
From 01 January 1961 the couple Gerioni and Frati also rented other rooms and the Albergo Etruria was thus located in what is also its current home.
In 1970 the ownership of the building and the Albergo Etruria passed to the Bolognesi/Volterrani family who on 01/01/2015 sold it to the Moretti family who still manages it.
